Estado actual del receptor

GET

/v1/receivers/{id}/state

Respaldo por polling cuando SSE no funciona, y latido: el receptor debe llamarlo al menos cada 45 s aunque tenga SSE abierto (los pings del SSE no lo mantienen vivo). Sin latido caduca a los 2 minutos.
